随着我国农业产业结构的调整 ,对现代型农业科技人才出现旺盛需求的趋势 ,笔者从学校培养和社会需求两方面入手分析了目前农业院校培养人才的方向和农业产业调整后用人方向间的差异 ,并对高校在大学生培养方向上提出了建设性意见

摘  要：
With the development of theory and experience of thoughts and politics education,unconscious education is growing strongly.Based on this trend and close relationship between teaching and education,this article narrated respectively the implication and the feature of unconscious education(comparing with conscious education)and recounted how to apply unconscious education in teaching activity.
