摘要：

针对目前山西省森林资源监测与管理的现状和林业信息化的要求,初步研发了基于ArcGIS的山西省森林资源管理信息系统。该系统采用C/S和B/S相结合的复合型体系结构,以ArcGIS Engine和ArcGIS Server为二次开发平台,支持多源、多时相、多比例尺的空间属性数据,着重实现了对山西省森林资源调查监测成果的全面动态管理、分析、统计、查询与浏览、专题制图与输出、信息共享与发布,是林业生态建设宏观决策与规划设计的全新的技术支撑平台。

摘要：

According to the current situation of monitoring and management of forest resource in Shanxi province and requirements for forestry information,Management Information System of forest resource in Shanxi province was primarily developed based on ArcGIS.This system adopted the architecture of compound type combined C/S and B/S,and took ArcGIS Engine and ArcGIS Server for second development platform,and supported space property data that is multi origins,multi temporal and multi-scale.It also mainly implemented resource investigation and monitoring results with respect to the overall dynamic management,analysis,statistics,inquiry and browse,special topic drawing and output and information sharing and releasing.It is a completely new technique support platform for macroscopic decision and planning and design for forestry and ecological construction.
