吉林省葡萄酒产业存在问题及发展对策研究

摘  要：
葡萄酒在人们生活中扮演着重要的角色,随着经济发展,人民生活水平的提高,对葡萄酒的需求量也越来越大。吉林省凭借良好的地理条件和食品加工业基础,依靠独具特色的山葡萄资源,发展葡萄酒产业得天独厚。目前,吉林省的葡萄酒产业发展水平层次不高,甚至开始处于劣势。通过调查研究找出了葡萄酒产业存在问题,进而提出了优化葡萄酒酿造技术,提高葡萄种植人员素质和加强品牌宣传力度,发展多元经营渠道等对策建议。

摘  要：
Wine plays an important role in our life.With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the demand for wine is becoming more and more important.Jilin Province has the great advantage to develop the wine industry,which has the good geographic conditions,the food processing industry,relying on the unique resources of the mountain.At present,Jilin Province's wine industry development level is not high,and even at a disadvantage.This article was to find out the problems of the wine industry through investigating to optimize of the wine brewing technology,improve the quality of grape growers and strengthen the brand awareness,development of diversified channels and other countermeasures were put forward.
