摘 要：
农药是农业种植重要的生产资料,日常种植生产中农药的滥用与否直接影响着农产品质量安全。本文简要介绍了海南农药经营体制的变迁,并从农药批发商、农药零售商、农户三个方面出发,就海南农药管理新政出台后,对于海南农药市场的影响进行了分析。

摘 要：
Pesticide is an important means of production of agricultural cultivation,pesticide abuse or not in daily plant directly impact on the safety of agricultural products quality.This paper briefly introduced the changes of Hainan pesticide management system,analyze the influence of the new policy for pesticide management on Hainan pesticide market from three aspects of the pesticide wholesalers,pesticide Retailer,farmers after pesticide policy was issued.
