农民的集中居住意愿及其影响因素分析——基于鄂苏两地的调查

摘  要：
【目的】立足农民主体,跨区域对比了解农民集中居住的意愿及其影响因素。【方法】问卷法,对江苏扬州和湖北荆州农民进行调查。【结果】整体而言农民集中居住意愿偏低,发达地区相对较高;农民家庭现有住房条件、现有住房满意度、家庭经济水平、预估的集中居住风险程度、信息了解及补偿政策认知等是重要影响因素。【结论】应尊重农民意愿,尊重村落传统,提高农民收入,增加公共物品供给,制定合理、稳定的拆迁补偿制度。

摘  要：
【Objective】Based on farmers as the main to find out the farmers' willingness of concentrating living and its influencing factors by cross-regional comparison.【Method】Questionnaire method.Survey toward farmers in Yangzhou,Jiangsu province and Jingzhou,Hubei province were conducted.【Results】As a whole,the farmers' willingness of concentrating living is not high.And it is relatively high in developed regions;Farmers' present housing conditions,housing satisfaction,family economic level,risk estimates and policy cognition are important influencing factors.【Conclusion】Farmers' willingness and the village traditions should be respected,farmers 'income need to be increased;the supply of public goods need to be improved,reasonable and stable demolition compensation system need to be established.
