The investment and financing of agricultural infrastructure is essential to agricultural development.Through the analysis on the investment and financing status of agricultural infrastructure in United States,France,Japan,Korea and India,their basic experiences are summarized,which brings lots of beneficial enlightenment and references for our investment policies,financing channels,operation modes and laws and regulations,and has important significance to promoting our agricultural infrastructure construction.
