农业科研单位加强创新团队建设的有效对策

摘  要：
当今农业科技日新月异的发展使农业科技创新的难度越来越大。农业科研单位要加快建设世界一流学科和一流科研院所关键在于加强创新团队建设,提高团队的整体作战和合作攻关能力。但是,农业科技创新团队创新目标不清、领军人才匮乏、团队凝聚力不强等因素,往往成为建设卓越农业科技创新团队的主要障碍。文章在分析探讨农业科技创新团队概念、特点和运行模式的基础上,将着重对上述问题进行剖析,最后提出提升农业科技创新团队建设的相关对策。

摘  要：
Nowadays,the rapid development of agricultural science and technology makes it more and more difficult to innovate agricultural science and technology. The keys for agricultural scientific research units to accelerate the construction of world-class disciplines and first-class scientific research institutes are to strengthen the construction of innovative teams and improve their overall combat and cooperation ability. However,the main obstacles to the construction of excellent agricultural research and innovation teams are unclear goals,lack of leading talents and weak team cohesion. Based on the analysis and discussion of the concept,characteristics and operation mode of agricultural scientific research innovation team,this paper focuses on the analysis of the above problems,and finally puts forward the relevant countermeasures to improve the construction of agricultural scientific research innovation team.
