中美粮食种植成本比较及中国粮食政策取向

摘  要：
目前,中国粮食等农产品价格未完全与国际接轨。主要有以下两方面原因:一是中国种粮成本高,形成比较劣势的同时又直接影响长期底部价格,从而影响了国际接轨,也影响了农产品的目标价格及相关政策取向;二是美国粮食保护政策扩大了比较优势,使中国农产品价格与国际接轨更加困难。中国应着力降低种粮成本,逐步推进农产品价格改革,完善其农产品补贴和农业保险的政策体系,尽快使农产品价格与国际接轨。

摘  要：
At present, the prices of grain and other agricultural products had not yet fully be in line with international standards, which was mainly caused by the two aspects: on the one hand, the high cost of China's grain directly affected long-term bottom prices with forming a comparative disadvantage, and thereby affected being in line with international standards, and also affected the target prices of agricultural products, as well as relevant policy orientation; on the other hand, because of the food protection policy in the United States, the comparative advantage had been expanded, so that the prices of China's agricultural products were more difficult to be in line with international standards. In China, making the prices of agricultural products be in line with international standards as soon as possible, it is necessary to strive to reduce the cost of planting grain, to gradually promote the reform of agricultural products prices and to perfect policy system of agricultural products subsidy and agricultural insurance.
