油菜素内酯对自毒作用下生菜叶片抗氧化酶及光合特性的影响

摘  要:
以生菜为试材,采用营养液栽培,试验共设3个处理,分别为营养液添加油菜素内酯(BR)、营养液添加肉桂酸(CA)、营养液添加肉桂酸和油菜素内酯(CA+BR),以营养液栽培为对照(CK).利用肉桂酸模拟自毒作用研究油菜素内酯(BR)对自毒作用下生菜抗氧化酶及光合特性的影响.结果表明:与对照(CK)相比,自毒作用导致生菜叶绿素a(Chl a)、叶绿素b(Chl b)及总叶绿素含量均显著降低,净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)显著下降,胞间CO2浓度(Ci)显著上升.自毒作用下,BR处理显著增加了叶片中Chl a、Chl b和总叶绿素含量,显著提高了Pn、Gs、Tr,显著降低了Ci.由此可知,BR可以有效解除自毒下生菜光合作用减弱的非气孔限制因素,增加光合强度,促进生菜生长.与对照相比,自毒引起生菜叶片抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT、APX)活性显著升高;自毒作用下,添加外源BR显著提高了抗氧化酶活性,显著降低了MDA含量.同时,BR显著提高了生菜叶片中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和游离脯氨酸含量,减轻了对细胞膜的伤害.综上所述,BR可显著增强自毒作用下生菜叶片的光合能力,有效缓解自毒作用引起的膜脂过氧化伤害,降低了自毒胁迫对生菜生长的抑制作用.

摘  要:
Taking lettuce as test material,and three treatments were set up as follows,nutrient solution with brassinolide(BR),nutrient solution with cinnamic acid(CA),nutrient solution with cinnamic acid and brassinolide(CA+BR),and a only nutrient solution was used as control(CK).The effects of BR on the antioxidant enzymes and photosynthetic characteristics of lettuce were studied by using cinnamic acid to simulate autoxidation stress.The results showed that the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll contents of lettuce leaves were significantly decreased under autotoxicity stress.Net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs) and transpiration rate(Tr) were decreased significantly,and intercellular CO_2 concentration(Ci) was increased significantly by autotoxicity treatment.BR treatment increased the contents of Chl a,Chl b and total chlorophyll in leaves under autotoxicity stress,and it significantly increased Pn,Gs and Tr,and decreased Ci in leaves of lettuce.Therefore,BR could effectively relieve the non-stomatal limit of photosynthesis of lettuce under autotoxicity stress,increase the intensity of photosynthesis and promote the growth and development of lettuce.Under normal conditions,the activity of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT and APX) was higher than that of the control.The antioxidant enzyme activity was decreased,and the activity of antioxidant enzymes in the leaves of the plant was increased significantly after BR treatment under autotoxicity stress.BR also increased the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and proline in the leaves,and reduced the content of MDA.In conclusion,BR significantly enhanced the photosynthetic capacity of the leaves under autotoxicity stress,effectively alleviated the damage of lipid peroxidation caused by theautotoxicity,and reduced the inhibitory effect of autotoxicity stress.
