中药骨疏康对笼养蛋鸡生产性能的影响

摘  要：
54羽 2 0周龄伊莎蛋鸡分为 2组 ,A组为正常组 (2 7羽 ) ,B组为已发生骨质疏松组 (2 7羽 )。每组又随机分为 3组 ,每组 9只 ,分别喂骨疏康 1号、骨疏康 2号和对照组。试验期间 ,每天记录产蛋情况 ,定期测定骨矿含量、雌激素水平。结果表明 :骨疏康 1号能显著提高产蛋率 (P <0 0 5) ;骨疏康 2号在B组能显著提高产蛋率 ,在A组差异不显著 ,骨疏康 1号、 2号之间差异不显著。骨疏康 2号能显著提高蛋壳强度。中药对骨矿影响不显著。VitD3能显著提高产蛋率 ,改善蛋壳品质

摘  要：
wks old ISA hens were divided into 2 groups, 27 hens each group. Group A were normal and group B were osteoporotic. Group A were fed with 500U V D3 /kg diet and Group B were fed with 0 U V D3 /kg diet.In Group A and B, the 27 hens were randomly divided into 3 groups respectively, each one had 9 hens. A 1、B 1 were fed with gushukang 1 in water, A 2、B 2 were fed with gushukang 2 in water, A 3、B 3 were the control groups. During the experiment, the birds′BMC and content of E 2 were analyzed periodically and the status of egg production were recorded every day. The results showed that gushukang 1 could increase laying percentage (P <0 05), gushukang 2 could also increase laying percentage in group A (P <0 05), but not in group B, and gushukang 2 could increase intensity of eggshell in group A (P <0 05). Gushukang had no effect on BMC, but increased the content of E 2.V D3 could increase laying rate and improve the quality of eggshell (P <0 05) .
