叶面喷施脱落酸对提高星油藤幼苗耐旱性研究

摘  要:
为提高星油藤的抗旱性,发展其种植业,分析了2~50μmol/L的脱落酸(ABA)预处理对星油藤幼苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明:ABA预处理可降低脂质过氧化程度,减缓超氧阴离子(O·―2)的生成速率,减少过氧化氢(H2O2)含量;提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、愈创木酚过氧化物酶(GPOX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)等抗氧化酶的活性;且ABA的最合适浓度为2~5μmol/L。可见,ABA预处理可通过诱导抗氧化酶活性来提高星油藤的抗旱性。因此,外施ABA对星油藤的种植具有重要的实际应用意义。

摘  要:
In order to improve the drought resistance of Plukenetia volubilis and develop its planting industry,we studied the effect of pretreatment of 2 ~ 50 μmol / L abscisic acid( ABA) on the drought resistance of P. volubilis seedlings. The results showed that ABA pretreatment could decrease the level of lipid peroxidation,the generation rate of superoxide anion( O·―2),and content of the hydrogen peroxide( H2O2). Meanwhile,ABA increased the activities of antioxidase including superoxide dismutase( SOD),guaiacol peroxidase( GPOX),catalase( CAT),ascorbic acid peroxidase( APX) and glutathione reductase( GR). We found that the most appropriate concentration was 2 ~ 5 μmol / L. Therefore,ABA pretreatment can improve the drought resistance of P. volubilis by inducing the antioxidant enzyme activities. So we consider that spray of ABA on the P. volubilis leaves are of great importance and practical applications for its planting industry.
