摘 要：
In the context of the vigorously reformationof the state to promote the supply side,the local universities should consider how to realize the "supply side reform of education"from the two aspects of the training and supply of talents. Taking the pre-school education in seven local undergraduate colleges in Guizhou as an example,study the program of talent cultivation based on the reform of education supply-side.
