27%硝磺草酮·异噁唑草酮·莠去津悬浮剂配方筛选及药效试验

摘要：

为得到稳定的27%硝磺草酮·异噁唑草酮·莠去津悬浮剂产品,对润湿分散剂、稳定剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂和防腐剂等不同助剂进行筛选,最终确定各助剂及用量。对配制产品各项指标测定结果表明,该产品在贮前、贮后稳定,不结块、不析水,流动性好,热贮分解率小于5%,且3种有效成分悬浮率均达到95%以上。同时,田间药效试验结果表明,该产品在玉米田封闭效果显著优于市场同类产品,具有很好的推广和应用价值。

摘要：

To get the stable product of the mesotrione · isoxaflutole · atrazine 27% SC, we had filtrated the different formulation adjuvants including the wetting and dispersing agent, stabilizing agent, thickening agent, antifreeze,antifoaming agent and preservatives, which were added into the three raw materials of mesotrione, isoxaflutole and atrazine, and then sheared and grinded for 2 hours, and final formulation formula were obtained. Experiments results shown that the mesotrione·isoxaflutole·atrazine 27% SC had stable appearance, no caking, low dialysis ratio of water,and the three kinds of active ingredients had high suspending rate, good fluidity, and the decomposition rate in hot storage was less than 5%, and the suspending rate can be more than 95%. Meanwhile, the control effects of the product were significantly better than the similar products in the market, and it has a value for promotion and application.
