灰色关联分析方法探析专业硕士研究生创新能力影响因素

摘  要：
采用灰色关联分析方法对专业硕士研究生创新能力的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,专业学位研究生的创新能力与导师的创新能力、学科建设、社会对专业人员的需求、学位论文的写作和社会实践能力相关性最强,关联度分别为0.881,0.869,0.829,0.805,0.799;而与招生制度及招生对象和报考条件关联度最低,均低于0.400以下,这将为专业硕士研究生培养方式的改革提供参考。

摘  要：
The influence factors on the innovation of the postgraduate of professional degree were analyzed with Grey correlation analytical method. The results showed that the innovation had close relation with professors' innovation,discipline construction,social demand for professionals,dissertations writing and capacity of social practice. correlation degree were 0. 881,0. 869,0. 829,0. 805,0. 799 respectively. The influence of the enrollment system and the intelligence factors were the lowest on the students,less than 0. 4. This research will provide a reference for the reform of postgraduate training.
