猪场常用消毒剂对厌氧消化系统的影响

摘  要:
选取猪场常用的3种消毒剂戊二醛、百毒杀和优氯净,通过模拟厌氧消化试验,研究其对厌氧消化系统的影响。结果表明,百毒杀和优氯净显著抑制系统产甲烷量;百毒杀和优氯净的高浓度使用还能显著影响总产气量;而戊二醛的使用均未显著影响厌氧消化系统的总产气量和甲烷总产量。3种消毒剂均未影响厌氧消化系统的挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)以及pH的变化。在本试验条件下,百毒杀和优氯净的使用影响了厌氧消化系统的功能和稳定性;而戊二醛的加入未对系统产生影响。因此,生产上应采取措施防范消毒剂百毒杀和优氯净使用过程对废弃物后续处理的抑制作用。

摘  要:
This study was conducted to investigate the effect of glutaraldehyde,deciquam and trichloroiminocyanuric acid on anaerobic digestion through an anaerobic digestion simulation experiment.The results showed that deciquam and trichloroiminocyanuric acid were significant decreased the methane production.High concentration of deciquam and trichloroiminocyanuric acid can significant inhibits the total gas production,while glutaraldehyde had no significant effect on the gas and methane production.Three disinfectants did not affect the change of VFA and pH in anaerobic digestion system.Under this experimental condition,deciquam and trichloroiminocyanuric acid significantly affected the function and stability of the anaerobic digestion system,which should be strictly controlled used in production,however,glutaraldehyde had no significant effect on the anaerobic digestion.
