长白山区极北蝰生态标本制作与保养技术的研究

摘 要：
以长白山区极北蝰为对象,进行生态标本制作与保养技术的研究,结果表明:利用乙醇代替乙醚进行活体处死,即经济又环保;剥制时应特别注意眼球及肛门处,以免损坏皮肤;用小苏打粉代替苯酚进行防腐处理,效果相同且无毒负作用;用3根铅丝代替2根铁丝作为支架,使标本更接近于原生态,也更为牢固;用长白山区的红花、细辛、杜香等中草药进行标本的防腐驱虫保养,效果好于化学制剂

摘 要：
Research on ecological specimens making and maintenance technology of Vipera berus was proceeded,results showed that living body sacrificed was conducted by using ethyl alcohol instead of diethyl ether,which were both economic and environmental protection. When dissected specimens,paied special attention to eye and anus to avoid damage to the skin; there were same effects without poison,when antiseptic treatment proceeded by using baking soda instead of phenol.Using 3 plumbum wires instead of 2 irons wire as the scaffold to specimen was more close to original ecology and more secure. Anticorrosion deworming maintenance effects of safflower,asarum and Ledum palustre,L. vat was better than chemical agent in ChangBai Mountains.
