摘  要：
高等农业院校经管类专业创业型人才是认同创业对于现代农业和农村发展的价值,崇尚创业精神,具有创业理想,掌握一定的创业知识技能和一定的涉农产业知识,具备开展涉农创业实践活动胜任力的专业性人才。以高等农业院校经管类专业创业型人才的内在要求为基础,高等农业院校应结合自身的专业特色和资源优势,依托涉农产学研合作,构建以创业启蒙教育和创业知识传授为基础,以创业思维开发和创业技能培养为主体,以涉农创业实践为导向的经管类专业创业型人才培养模式。

摘  要：
The entrepreneurial talents from economic and management departments in higher agriculture colleges are the professional talents who identify themselves with the value of entrepreneurship in the development of modern agriculture and rural area,worship enterprising spirit,have entrepreneurship ideals,have a good mastery of certain entrepreneurship knowledge and skills as well as some agriculture industry related knowledge and possess the capability to practice agriculture related entrepreneurship activities.According to these basic requirements of entrepreneurial talents,combining major features and resource superiorities,and counting on the agriculture related university-industry collaboration,higher agriculture colleges should build the cultivation model of entrepreneurial economic and management talents,a model that is based on entrepreneurship initiation and knowledge education,highlights entrepreneurship thoughts development and skill cultivation,and takes the agriculture related enterprising practice as orientation.
