摘 要：
40 day - old and 80 day - old piglings were used to evaluate the efficacy of domesticapramycin premix to promote the weight of piglings and feed - transversion. The results show that, for 40- day - old piglings 200×10-6 domestic apramycin promotes the weight of piglings signficanily(p<0. 01). The groups witLh 150 × 10-6, 100×10-6 domestic apramycin and 150×10-6 imported apramycinare weightier than control (P<0.05), but there is no signfican difference among these three medicatedgroups. The feed - transversion of groups with 200×10-6, 150×10-6 domestic apramycin and 150×10-6 imported apramycin are higher than the control. For 80 day - old piglings, the groups witLh 40×10-6, 25×10-6 domestic apramycin and imported apramycin have better results than the control (P<0.05) either in the weight or feed - transversion.
