摘  要:
基于机械加工误差的特点 ,利用灰色系统理论建立了轴承磨削加工过程尺寸误差动态分布的数学模型。根据该模型分析和预测了当前和未来的加工尺寸的动态分布。结果表明 ,模型的精度高 ,计算值与实测值能较好地吻合

摘  要:
Machine manufacturing accuracy is an important norm to evaluate product quality. To improve the quality of a machined product, the dynamic distributions of machining errors related to the process of the product manufacturing procedures and its variation characteristics must be well understood. There exits a lot of factors influencing manufacturing accuracy, some of them are known, however, there are still some ones unknown. So a machine manufacturing process is a typical gray process. This paper established a mathematical model for the dynamic distributions of dimension errors in bearing grinding process by means of the gray systematic theory. On the basis of the model, the dynamic distributions of machining errors at present and in the future were analyzed and predicted. The research results showed that the model had a high accuracy and the predicted values from the model were well agreed with the measured data.
