挤压式薯类磨碎分离机主要性能参数的分析与研究

摘 要:
本文分析了挤压式薯类加工机械主要结构参数和运动参数对加工性能的影响。通过试验与计算,在建立排渣方程、流量方程、压缩方程的基础上提出了滚筒螺旋的数学模型。同时在薯类加工回收淀粉方面,首次提出了淀粉提取特性曲线这一新概念。曲线指出,不同加工机具,加工不同淀粉含量薯块和使用不同供水量时,其淀粉回收性能有着明显的差别。

摘 要:
In this paper the main structure of the working parts and movement parameters which influence the cutter separate performance of extruding potato proce ssing machinery are analyzed.As the results of experiments and calculations the residue extraction equation, flow equation and compressing equation of the spiral cylinder have been set up, and the mathematical model of the spiral cylinder has been proposed.In this paper the concept of characteristic curve of starch extraction during potato has been firstly introduced. This curve indicates that the quantity of starch extracted from potato is quite different according to the starch content of potato, the processing machines used and the quantity of water supplied.
