几种化学药剂对三角新小卷蛾的室内毒力测定

摘  要:
室内条件下采用胃毒法测定了5种化学药剂对三角新小卷蛾幼虫的毒力。结果显示,供试药剂的杀虫毒力顺序为氯氟氰菊酯、阿维菌素、辛硫磷、吡虫啉、乙酰甲胺磷。氯氟氰菊酯的毒力最高,LC50为0.6786mg/kg,比乙酰甲胺磷高140倍,在生产上可推荐使用。

摘  要:
Using a stomach poisoning method, the toxicity of five chemical pesticides to Olethreutes leucaspis Meyrick larvae was determined under laboratory conditions. Insecticidal toxicity of the five pesticides, in order from highest to lowest, was as follows: cyhalothrin, abamectin, phoxim, imidacloprid, and acephate. Cyhalothrin was the most toxic, with an LC50 of 0.6786 mg/kg, indicating a toxicity more than 140 times that of acephate. Cyhalothrin could be recommended for use in crop production.
