发展土地规模经营 提升农业科技水平

摘  要：
宁夏平罗县将土地规模经营和提升农业科技水平相结合,依托新型农业经营主体示范推广农业新技术取得了明显成效。实践证明,发展规模经营有利于优势特色产业发展,有利于农业科技推广,有利于农业标准化生产,有利于土地生产能力提高。文章分析了目前在规模经营中还存在规范化程度低、后劲不足、资金实力差等问题。提出了建立保障和扶持激励机制,加大项目资金投入,完善服务体系等对策,为提升农业科技水平探索新路径。

摘  要：
In Pingluo County the land scale management and enhancing the level of agricultural science and technology were combined to demonstrate and extend new agricultural technology based on the new-type agricultural management body and a remarkable accomplishment has been achieved. The practice has proved that the development of scale operation is conducive to the development of characteristic advantage industries, is conducive to the promotion of agricultural science and technology, is conducive to the standardization of agricultural production and is conducive to upgrading the production capacity of the land. The problems existing in the present scale operation are analyzed such as low degree of standardization, insufficiency in backup strength and lack of funds. Some countermeasures such as focusing on the establishment of guarantee and supporting incentive mechanisms, increasing project funds input and improving the service system are put forward to explore a new path of enhancing the level of agricultural science and technology.
