灭除狼毒10年后不同放牧方式亚高山草地植物群落和土壤理化特征变化

摘  要:
以祁连山北坡亚高山地区2000年化学灭除狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme)的毒草型退化草地为研究对象,对草地植物群落与土壤理化特征变化进行分析。结果表明,与未灭除狼毒的对照草地相比,狼毒重要值极显著降低(P<0.01),草地群落Shannon-winner多样性指数和Margalef丰富度指数显著提高(P<0.05),Pielou均匀度指数和Simpson优势度指数未发生变化。自由放牧草地土壤含水量、有机碳、全氮含量显著升高(P<0.05),围栏轮牧草地土壤理化特征变化态势与自由放牧草地基本相反;土壤碳氮比均未发生明显变化。

摘  要:
In Qilian mountain area,characteristics of vegetation community,soil carbon and nitrogen were investigated and analyzed in grassland where Stellera chamaejasme has been controlled chemically in 2000.The results indicated that,the important value of Stellera chamaejasme of chemically controlled grassland significantly decreased(P<0.01),while the vegetation community Shannon-winner diversity index and Margalef richness index of chemically controlled grassland increased significantly(P<0.05) in contrast to uncontrolled noxious grassland.There was no significant difference in Pielou evenness index and Simpson dominance index between chemically controlled grassland and uncontrolled grassland.In free grazing plot,soil moisture,organic carbon and total nitrogen was significantly increased(P< 0.05) by chemical control compared to uncontrolled grassland.However,in rotation grazing plot,soil moisture,organic carbon was significantly increased(P<0.05) by chemical control compared to uncontrolled grassland.There was no significant difference in the ratio of soil carbon to nitrogen between chemically controlled grassland and uncontrolled grassland.
