基于模糊PID算法的无线农用水泵远程控制系统设计

摘  要:
针对当前农用和工用水泵控制系统中存在对液位的大惯性、非线性以及实现实时控制的问题,提出了一套基于模糊PID算法的无线农用水泵远程控制系统。介绍了系统的设计原理和硬件电路组成,实现了对远程液位系统的监视和控制功能。试验结果表明,采用模糊PID算法较常规PID控制其响应速度快,且较快地达到稳态,同时能够实时调整和修改液位控制参数。当给系统增加外部干扰时,系统的阶跃响应特性很好,能够适应外界参数的变化,从而有效实现和改善系统的远程控制性能,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

摘  要:
Aiming at the problem of current agricultural and industrial water pump control system, including large inertia,nonlinear and the level of the real-time control, a set of wireless remote control system of agricultural water pump was designed on the basis of fuzzy PID algorithm. The design principle and hardware circuit of the system composition was introduced, and eventually the remote monitoring and control functions for liquid level system were achieved. The results showed that, compared with the conventional PID control, the fuzzy PID algorithm responded fast, and reached the steady state quickly, also could adjust and modify the liquid level control parameters in time. When adding the external disturbances to the system, the step response of system was very good, so as to adapt to the variation of external parameters, and the performance of the remote control system could be effectively realized and improved, which had broad application prospects.
