兵团职工采纳绿色农业技术行为的实证分析——以病虫害绿色防控技术为例

摘  要：
基于新疆建设兵团农一师相关调查数据,以病虫害绿色防控技术为例,从职工资本禀赋、感知有用性、感知易用性和感知友好性4个方面入手,构建技术接受模型,利用Logistic模型分析影响职工病虫害绿色防控技术采纳行为的主要因素。结果表明:①职工对病虫害绿色防控技术的采纳行为在很大程度上受其资本禀赋的影响。其中职工的年龄、兼业情况对职工采纳病虫害绿色防控技术的行为存在显著的负向影响;家庭年收入、种植规模对职工采纳病虫害绿色防控技术的行为存在显著的正向影响。②职工对病虫害绿色防控技术的采纳行为也在一定程度上受感知有用性、感知易用性、感知友好性的影响。其中,他人意愿感知、经济效益感知和生态环境感知均会对职工采纳病虫害绿色防控技术的行为存在显著的正向影响。

摘  要：
Based on the survey data of the 1 st Agricultural Division of Xinjiang Construction Corps, taking the green prevention and control technology of pests and diseases as an example, we built a technology acceptance model from employee capital endowment, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived friendliness. And we used Logistic model to analyze the main factors affecting the adoption behavior of green prevention and control technologies for workers and pests. The results showed that: First, the behavior of employees adopting green prevention and control technology for pests and diseases is largely affected by their capital endowments. The age and concurrent employment of the employees have a significant negative impact on the behavior of the employees adopting the green prevention and control technology of pests and diseases. And the annual household income and planting scale of employees have a significant positive impact on the behavior of employees adopting green pest control technologies for pests and diseases. Second, the behavior of employees adopting green pest control technology for pests and diseases is also affected to some extent by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived friendliness. And the perception of others' willingness, the perception of economic benefits and the perception of the ecological environment all have a significant positive impact on the behavior of employees adopting green pest control technologies for pests and diseases.
