高温胁迫下水稻花粉粒性状与结实率的相关分析

摘  要:
对高温胁迫下汕优 6 3及超级稻 (培矮 6 4S/ 9311F1)花粉活力指标与结实率进行初步的相关分析。结果表明 ,水稻在 36℃高温不同时间处理下 ,花粉的I-KI可染率和TTC染色率与结实率不存在显著相关关系 ,而处理后花粉在培养基上的萌发率、柱头上的萌发率以及柱头上的花粉数与结实率呈显著正相关 ,因而这 3个指标可以用来衡量高温胁迫下水稻花粉的育性

摘  要:
Correlation analysis of pollen grain viability indexes with seed-setting in rice cultivar Shanyou 63 and the super rice cultivar Peiai 64 S/9311 F 1 showed that no significant correlation existed between I-KI or TTC dyeability rate and seed-setting when high temperature (36℃) treatment was applied at different stages. In contrast, the germination rate of pollen on the medium or on the stigma and pollen grain number on the stigma showed a significant correlation with seed-setting, suggesting that the three indexes can be used to estimate the fertility of pollen under high temperature stress.
