摘  要:
以乙酸和辛醇为原料,H6P2W18O62.nH2O/ZrO2为催化剂合成乙酸辛酯,考察了催化剂用量、反应物物料配比、反应时间、温度等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,当醇酸物质的量比为1.0:1.2,w(催化剂)为1.54%(相对正辛醇质量),反应时间2.0h,温度120℃,产物收率达94.9%,催化剂重复使用4次酯化率仍可达到76.3%。

摘  要:
With acetic acid and n-octyl alcohol as raw material,H_6P_2W_ 18 O_ 62 ·nH_2O/ZrO_2 as catalyst,n-Octyl acetate was synthesized.Effects of catalyst dosage,ratio of reactants,time and temperature on reaction were studied.The results showed that when molar ratio of n-octyl alcohol to acetic acid was 1.0∶1.2,w(catalyst)= 1.54%(relative to the dosage of n-octyl alcohol),the reaction temperature was 120 ℃,the reaction time was 2.0 h,the yield of n-Octyl acetate could reach 94.9%.The catalyst could be used repeat for four times and the yield was still above 76.3%.
