伐区剩余物收集成型设备压缩装置的研究

摘  要:
合理利用伐区剩余物是解决能源短缺的有效手段,伐区剩余物收集成型设备可自动高效收集利用伐区剩余物。压缩机构是伐区剩余物收集成型设备中一个重要的组成部分,它的功能直接影响装置的运行。介绍伐区剩余物收集利用技术的现状;通过对木捆运动状态的分析,得出压缩机构螺旋轨道的柱坐标方程,是装置工作效率、螺旋轨道圈数及柴油机选取的依据。

摘  要:
Using residues rationally in cutting area is an effective measure to solve the energy dificiency,and the residue collecting and forming equipment in cutting area could make use of residues automatically and efficiently.Compression system is an important part of this equipment,whose functions directly influence the device operation.The current technology of collecting and using residues in cutting area was introduced.Through analyzing the wood bundle's motion state,the cylindrical coordinate equation of compression system's spiral orbit was obtained to determine device's efficiency,circle number of spiral orbit and the type of diesel engine.
