猪流行性腹泻疫苗研究和开发进展

摘  要:
猪流行性腹泻是危害养猪业的重要疫病之一,在世界各地的养猪业中均有暴发流行,近年来在全国猪场出现了大范围的暴发。为了降低猪流行性腹泻造成的巨大损失,世界各国的猪病研究人员一直致力于研发安全、高效的PED疫苗。通过从灭活疫苗、活疫苗和基因工程疫苗等方面对国内外的PED疫苗研究和开发进展进行综述,汇总了国内外近几年来审批许可的PED商品化新疫苗和正在进行临床试验的PED疫苗,以及疫苗研发的新技术,为开发更好的PED疫苗产品提供参考和前景展望。

摘  要:
Porcine epidemic diarrhea( PED) is one of the most important infectious diseases in the swine industry. It has caused significant impact on the swine industry all over the world and PEDV outbreaks occurred in Chinese pig population in recent years. In order to reduce the enormous losses caused by PED, the world ' s veterinary researchers have been committed to the development of safe and efficient PED vaccines. This paper reviewed the research and development progress of PED inactivated vaccine, attenuated live vaccine and genetic engineering vaccines in domestic and foreign countries, and summarized the recent vaccine technology in industrial animals and the newly licensed PED vaccines and the PED vaccine which was being tested in clinical trials in China and America during the past 3 years, which provided reference and prospect for developing better PED vaccine products.
