氮酮和冰片对蛇床子素的促进透皮效果比较

摘  要：
用高效液相色谱法,以V(甲醇)∶V(水)=70∶30作为流动相,研究4种不同配方促透剂组合(5%冰片,5%氮酮,5%冰片+5%氮酮及空白对照)对复方蛇床子涂膜剂中蛇床子素对大鼠经皮渗透的促透作用,测定蛇床子素在皮肤和肌肉中的含量并进行比较分析和评价,结果表明:5%的冰片促进蛇床子素透皮效果最好。

摘  要：
Objective:The experiment was conducted to study the effect of four different penetration enhancer combination(5% borneolum,5% azone,5% borneolum+5% azone,negative control) to osthole on rat skin penetration in compound fruetus cridii balm.Mehthods: four different penetration were compared by detecting the amount of osthole in skin and muscle of rat by HPLC,menthols/water(70/30) as liquid phase.Result: 5% borneolum achieve the best result of skin penetration of osthole.
