根皮素对LPS诱导的小鼠乳腺炎保护作用

摘  要:
为了研究根皮素对LPS诱导的小鼠乳腺组织的炎症变化,并证明根皮素对乳腺炎具有保护作用,试验应用乳导管内灌注LPS建立小鼠乳腺炎模型,进行H.E.染色、ELISA检测、Western-blott检测和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)检测等研究根皮素对乳腺组织的保护作用。结果表明:LPS能使乳腺组织产生病理学损伤,促进白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的产生,增加组织MPO活性,增强NF-κB信号通路蛋白的表达,而根皮素能够抑制LPS诱导的小鼠乳腺组织的炎症变化。说明根皮素对LPS诱导的小鼠乳腺炎具有一定保护作用。

摘  要:
To study the effect of phloretin onthe inflammatory changes of LPS-induced mastitis in miceand to prove phloretin's protective effect against mastitis,micemastitis model was established in this experiment via pouring LPS into mammary duct. The protective effect of phloretinonmicemammary tissue was evaluated using several methods including H.E. staining,ELISA,Western-blottand MPO detection. The results showed that LPS could lead to pathological injury on mammary tissue in mice,and could increase the levels of cytokines IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,and also could increase MPO activity in mammary tissue and enhance the expression of NF-κB signaling pathway. Howeverphloretin could inhibitinflammatory changesof LPS-induced mastitis in mice. The results indicated thatphloretin could play a certain role in the protection against LPS-induced mastitis in mice.
