GA_3和套袋对红肉脐橙果实品质的影响

摘  要:
以红肉脐橙为试材,于幼果期喷施不同浓度的GA3,并于第2次生理落果基本结束后对果实套袋,分析GA3和套袋处理对其品质的影响。结果表明:各GA3处理均极显著降低了单果重,显著或不显著地提高了果形指数、可溶性固形物、糖酸比和Vc含量,对果皮的亮度、黄色度、果皮厚度、可食率、出汁率、可溶性总糖和可滴定酸无显著影响;套袋处理显著或不显著增加了果皮亮度、黄色度和果形指数,但显著降低了果皮红色度、单果重、可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖和糖酸比,对其他品质指标没有显著影响。

摘  要:
The experiment in the study on the effect of GA_3 sprayed during young period of fruit and bagging after the second physiological fruit abscission on fruit quality of Cara Cara Navel Orange was performed.The results showed that all GA_3 treatments decreased single fruit weight remarkably,improved L/D,total soluble solid,TSS/TA and Vitamin C,but they had no remarkable effect on peel brightness,yellowness,thickness,rate of edible part,rate of fruit juice,total soluble sugar and titratable acid.Bagging treatment increased peel brightness,yellowness and L/D,but decreased peel redness,single fruit weight,total soluble solid,total soluble sugar and TSS/TA remarkably,and had no remarkable effect on other quality index.
