小型红枣烘房系统设计研究

摘  要:
热风干燥是红枣干燥技术应用中最广泛的一种干燥方式,但传统的干燥技术还存在一定的缺陷,回字型结构的小型家用红枣烘房,通过对管道、辅助加热装置的改进,采用负反馈控制原理对控制系统进行优化,利用太阳能电池板为风机及PLC提供电能。不断提高组合式太阳能干燥装置的自动化控制水平。从节能、干燥周期、产品质量、经济便捷等环节分析太阳能干燥技术优势与特点。设计一套太阳能集热器与电加热装置辅助的实用性烘房。降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了经济效益,加工后的红枣品质也有了相应提升。

摘  要:
Drying room drying is red jujube drying technology is one of the most widely used a way of drying, but the traditional drying technology still exist some shortcomings, and the optimization design of air collector will be advantageous solar energy directly into the hot air in xinjiang. Back to the type of the structure of the small household red chamber system based on the design of the pipeline, improvement of auxiliary heating device, using the principle of negative feedback control optimize the control system, make use of the fan and the PLC is powered by solar panels. Constantly improve the automation level of combined solar dryers. From the energy saving, drying cycle, product quality, economic and convenient analysis of solar drying technology advantages and characteristics. Design a set of solar energy collector with auxiliary electrical heating device is practical chamber.Reduce the labor intensity of workers, accordingly improves the economic benefit, after processing of red jujube, jujube quality also has the corresponding improvement.
