氮肥水平对广昌晒烟品质及氮肥效率的影响

摘  要：
通过大田试验,研究了不同氮肥水平对广昌晒烟品质及氮肥效率的影响。结果表明:随着氮用量的增加,晒烟的氮肥利用率和氮肥农学效率显著下降,烟碱、钾含量明显提高,总糖含量稍有增加;中部叶的中性香味物质总量(除新植二烯外)和感官质量以氮用量为240 kg/hm2时最高,上部叶的中性香味物质总量(除新植二烯外)和感官质量以氮用量为270 kg/hm2时最高;相同氮用量、裸地栽培烟叶的氮肥利用率、烟碱、钾、总糖和中性香味物质含量以及感官质量均明显低于地膜覆盖栽培的。

摘  要：
Field tests were conducted to study the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer levels on the quality of sun-cured tobacco and the efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer in Guangchang. The results showed that: when the application rate of nitrogen increased,both the utilization rate and the agronomic efficiency of nitrogen fertilizer for sun-cured tobacco plants decreased significantly,the contents of nicotine and potassium in sun-cured tobacco leaves increased obviously,and the content of total sugar increased slightly.The total content of neutral flavor components( except for neophytadiene) and the sensory quality of middle leaves were the highest when the application rate of nitrogen was 240 kg / hm2,and those of upper leaves were the highest when the application rate of nitrogen was 270 kg / hm2. Under the condition of the same nitrogen application rate,the nitrogen fertilizer utilization rate,the nicotine,potassium,total sugar and neutral flavor component contents,as well as the sensory quality of sun-cured tobacco in bare-land cultivation were obviously lower than those of sun-cured tobacco in plastic film mulching cultivation.
