建设和谐图书馆是一项长期的战略任务,馆员的审美精神对于和谐图书馆建设意义深远。阐述审美精神的内涵和基本特征,分析审美精神与图书馆精神的关系,探讨了高校图书馆馆员审美精神对和谐图书馆建设的意义,指出培育馆员审美精神的基本途径。

摘  要：
To build a harmonious library is a long-term strategic task and librarians’ esthetic spirit means a great a deal to that effect.This article has stated the connotation and the basic features of the esthetic spirit.It has also analyzed the relationship between the esthetic spirit and the spirit of a library and discussed the significance of the esthetic spirit in a university library to the building of a harmonious library.It has finally pointed out a way to the cultivation of the esthetic spirit among the librarians.
