介绍常用统计技术在湿法磷酸和氟硅酸钠生产过程控制中的应用实例。利用统计技术可快速获得湿法磷酸生产过程和氟硅酸钠生产过程控制所需分析数据,从中找出质量特性与生产过程各影响因素之间的关系,从而及时控制或改进质量特性,使之持续地满足生产控制要求,最终实现对出厂产品质量的有效控制。

摘  要：
The application example of usual statistical technology in process control of WPA and sodium fluosilicate production is introduced. Based on the statistical technology, required data in process control of WPA and sodium fluosilicate production are quickly obtained, the relationship between quality characteristic and each affecting factor is found from these data to control and improve the quality characteristic in time,make the quality characteristic meeting the requirement of production control, and the effective control of product quality is realized in the end.
