摘 要：
Based on the theory of indicator control and agricultural land development right transfer,the reality of Chongqing land indicator mechanism operation mode is farmland development right transfer.The key basis for land indicator mechanism operating was analyzed,the inspiration and suggestions for innovating and reforming of Chongqing land indicator were put forward.
