摘 要：
采用水蒸气蒸馏法从10批水杉种子中提取挥发油,采用气相色谱—质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析挥发油的主要化学成分及其相对含量,建立水杉种子的GC/MS指纹图谱。结果表明:水杉种子挥发油主要含有8个共有特征峰,各峰的相对保留时间基本一致(RSD<0.5%),其相关系数(≥94%)、相似度(≥90%)、夹角余弦(≥95%)、相似性比(≥0.89)均达良好水平。本指纹图谱具有较好的特征性,能够反映产地差异情况,可用于水杉种子的质量鉴别。

摘 要：
The volatile oil was extracted by water stream distillation method from 10 batches of Metasequoia glyptostroboides seeds, analyzed by GC/MS, the GC/MS fingerprint was established. The results show that there were 8 common characteristic peaks,the relative retention time of each peak was consistent(RRSD < 0.5%),the correlation coefficient( ≥ 94%), similarity( ≥90%), included angle cosine( ≥ 95%), similarity ratio( ≥ 0.89) all reached good level. This established GC/MS fi ngerprint had better characteristics, refl ected the differences of origin, and can be used for the identifi cation of the seeds of M. glyptostroboides.
