小麦对根腐病菌毒素的抗性与电阻变化关系研究

摘  要:
用电阻法测定不同抗性的小麦叶组织对麦根腐长蠕孢(Helminthosporium sativum)毒素制备物的电阻变化,可以获得与在自然条件下用病原菌孢子接种鉴定一致的结果.它与通常表示膜伤害程度的电解质外渗密切相关,并能与小麦叶片可见的病害症状和小麦品种间的阶段抗病性相对应. 实验结果表明:小麦抽穗期到乳熟期的电阻值大小与小麦品种对毒素抗性呈正相关. 反映叶组织抗性的电阻大小,除与毒素致病特性有关外,还与小麦本身的生长发育状况、叶龄、部位、组织含水量等有关. 小麦对病菌及其毒素制备物的抗性与电阻动态变化关系的一致性,可以应用于品种的抗病性鉴定.表达品种抗性的电阻值大小,可以用电阻值的比值来表示.

摘  要:
The resistance of wheat leaves tothe toxin preparation of Helminthospo-rium sativum was detected with the variation of electrical resistance.Thismethod could obtain the same result as done by the inoculation from suspen-sion of pathogenic spores.This method has close relationship to outer osmo-sis of electrolyte which,in general,expressed the level of the injured mem-brane.This method was in correspondence with the resistant stages of thewheat varieties and visible symptoms on wheat leaves. Our experimental results were:(1) The resistance value from headingstage to milk-wax stage of wheat could express the resistance between wheatvarieties.(2) The resistant value when detected in seedling stage (4 leavesstage of wheat) could not substitute the differentiation between varieties asthat at adult stage. The level of resistance of (he leaf tissue could not only express the resis-tance of wheat varieties,but also showed its relationship with the growthstage,leaf number and position as well as water containing quantities.Thus,the relationship on the variation of electrical resistance,and the resistanceto the pathogen as well as it's toxin to the wheat plant were correlated.
