摘  要:
[目的]了解榴莲各部分的食用和药用价值,以便为其开发和综合利用提供依据。[方法]采用Am inoPac PA-10氨基酸分析柱,用积分脉冲安培离子色谱法测定榴莲中17种氨基酸及其含量。[结果]各组分的线性关系良好,相关系数在0.990 7~0.999 8,加标回收率在80.0%~112.9%,检出限在0.002 8~0.013 6μmol/L之间。pH=12~13时,氨基酸的洗脱顺序大体是:碱性氨基酸、中性氨基酸、酸性氨基酸。流动相中Ac-与阴离子交换树脂的亲和力要大于OH-。各氨基酸在0.05~25.0 nmol/L范围内线性关系良好。精密度检测的RSD在1.2%~2.7%。重复性检测的RSD在2.3%~8.4%。加标回收试验的平均回收率在80.0%~112.9%。[结论]该法具有灵敏度高、精密度好、分离速度快和样品不需要衍生处理的优点。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to learn about the edible and medicine value of all the parts of durian so as to supply basis for its expolitation and comprehensive utilization.[Method] AminoPac PA-10 amino acid analysis column was used and 17 amino aids in durian and their contents were detected and determined by ion chromatography-integrated pulsed amperometric method.[Result] The linear relationships among components were good.Their correlation coefficients were between 0.990 7 and 0.999 8,their recoveries of standard addition were between 80.0% and 112.9% and their detection limits were between 0.002 8 and 0.013 6 μmol/L.When pH value was 12-13,the total elution order of amino acids was as follows: alkali amino acid,neutral amino acid and acidic amino acid.The affinity of Ac-to anion-exchange resin in mobile phase was greater than that of OH-.The linear relationships among amino acids were good in the range of 0.05-25.0 nmol/L.The RSD of precision test was between 1.2% and 2.7% and that of repeatability test was between 2.3% and 8.4%.The average recovery in standard addition test was between 80.0% and 112.9%.[Conclusion] This method had advantages of high sensitivity,good precision,fast isolation and samples needing no derivation process.
