超小氧化石墨烯-氧化铁纳米粒子复合材料的可控制备及磁共振成像研究

摘  要:
利用超小氧化石墨烯(UGO)作为载体,一步法合成水溶性的超顺磁性氧化铁纳米粒子(UGO-SPIO)。然后利用BSA修饰UGOSPIO,形成具有良好生理稳定性和生物相容性的磁性复合材料(UGO-SPIO@BSA)。普鲁士蓝染色试验及磁共振成像试验显示,UGOSPIO@BSA能很好的标记细胞,而且复合物具有良好的MR成像能力。

摘  要:
Using ultrasmall graphene oxide( UGO) as a carrier,one-step synthesis was adopted to compound water-soluble superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles( UGO-SPIO),then the UGO-SPIO NPs were modified by BSA,forming magnetic composites( UGO-SPIO@ BSA) with good physiological stability and biocompatibility. Prussian blue staining tests and MRI trials show that UGO-SPIO@ BSA is a better image contrast of labeled cells,which has good MR imaging capabilities.
