实验性脂肪肝出血综合征患鸡血液生理指标分析

摘  要:
目的:评估实验性脂肪肝出血综合征(FLHS)患鸡的血液生理指标的变化。方法:以肉杂鸡为试验动物,随机分为模型组与对照组,其中模型组采用注射外源性雌激素建立实验性鸡FLHS模型,对照组注射等体积玉米油,分别于试验第2周和4周末采集血样,测定各组内试验鸡血细胞数与白细胞分类计数、血红蛋白含量、血细胞比容和红细胞渗透脆性等血液生理指标,比较各组间血液生理指标差异。结果:与对照组相比较,试验期间实验组FLHS患鸡的红细胞数、血红蛋白含量和血细胞比容减少,而白细胞数、凝血细胞数和红细胞渗透脆性增加。结论:实验性FLHS患鸡的血细胞数、血红蛋白含量和血细胞比容等血液生理指标发生了变化,提示血液生理指标检测能够为鸡FLHS临床早期诊断提供参考依据。

摘  要:
Objective:The present study was conducted to evaluate the changes of blood physiologic indexes in experimental chicken model of fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome(FLHS) induced with estradiol benzoate. Methods: The experimental chicken FLHS model was induced in 29-day-old hybrid broilers by exogenous estradiol benzoate injection. The experimental period lasted for 28 days. The account of erythrocyte, white blood cell(WBC) and thrombocyte, hemoglobin content, hematocrit, erythrocyte osmotic fragility(EOF) and percentage of leukocytes were measured at the end of each 14 d periods.Results: The erythrocyte account, hemoglobin content and hematocrit in experimental FLHS chickens were significantly decreased, while the account of WBC and thrombocyte, and EOF were significantly increased. Conclusion: The blood physiological indexes such as the number of blood cells, hemoglobin content and hematocrit of chickens with experimental FLHS had changed, suggesting that the blood physiological indexes could be used as a reference for early clinical diagnosis of chickens with FLHS.
