摘  要：
高层次学徒制教学是深化产教融合、完善职业教育和培训体系、推动职业教育高质量发展的一种重要的教学模式.沈阳工学院以培养符合行业发展需要,满足企业生产需求的智能制造工程专业高素质应用型人才为目标,结合专业建设的实际情况,深化改革人才培养模式,构建"一基三能多融合的高层次学徒制岗位对接式"的人才培养模式,以持续培养机器人工程师、数控编程工程师以及数字化工程师等高技术技能型人才.
