不同品系终端父本对法系二元母猪的杂交试验

摘 要:
为了筛选出高效、优质的终端父本,为规模化猪场引种、繁育和饲养提供科学依据和参考,选用不同品系(品种)公猪包括PIC399配套系、加系杜洛克、美系杜洛克与二元法系长大母猪进行杂交,测定日增重、采食量、饲料转化效率以及胴体等级等指标.结果显示:115 kg上市猪日增重以加系杜洛克组(GC)最高,体重达100、115 kg所需日龄均比美系杜洛克组(GA)和PIC399组(GP)提前,且与GC差异显著(P<0.05);饲料转化效率方面以GA组表现最好,体重达100、115 kg时的肉料比均比GC组和GP组低,且与GP组差异显著(P<0.05),但与GC组差异不显著(P>0.05);屠宰胴体测试背膘结果表明,体重达100、115 kg时GA组背膘指数均比GC组和GP组低,且差异显著(P<0.05);眼肌面积在体重达100 kg时GP组眼肌面积较GA组和GC组大,且与GC组差异显著(P<0.05);而在体重达115 kg时GA组的眼肌面积最大,且与GC组差异显著(P<0.05).从眼肌面积考虑GA组更适合饲养大猪;从经济效益角度分析,盈利能力最好的是GA组,当体重达100、115 kg时销售利润均比GC组和GP组高.

摘 要:
In order to find high-quality and efficient terminal sire breeds for introduction, breeding and feeding on large scale pig farms, we chose different breeds of herd boars including PIC399, America Duroc pigs and Canada Duroc pigs, intercrossed them with France Landrace-Yorkshire sows, and measured the average daily gain(ADG), feed intake, feed conversion rate, carcass grading of hybrid pigs.The results showed that the daily gain was the highest in the group of Canada Duroc pigs(GC), and their required daily age for 100 and 115 kg was higher than the groups of American Duroc pigs(GA) and PIC399 pigs(GP), with significant difference from the GC group(P<0.05). The feed conversion rate was the highest in the GA group, and the feed-gain ratios at the weights of 100 kg and 115 kg were lower than the GC group and the GP group, with significant difference from the GP group(P<0.05) but no significant difference from the GC group(P>0.05). The back fat of the slaughtered pigs was the lowest in the GA group, and at the weight of 100 kg and 115 kg significantly lower than both the GC and GP groups(P<0.05). At the weight of 100 kg, the eye muscle area of the GP group was larger than that of the GA and GC groups, with significant difference from the GC group(P<0.05). When the weight reached 115 kg, the eye muscle area of the GA group was the largest, which was significantly different from that of the GC group(P<0.05). In terms of the eye muscle area, the GA group was more suitable for raising large pigs. In the perspective of economic benefit, the group with the best profitability is the GA pigs. When the weight reached 100 kg and 115 kg, their sales profit was higher than the GC and GP groups.
