微纳米气泡发生技术及其在水培增氧上的应用

摘  要:
为了验证微纳米气泡技术在无土栽培中的应用效果,以紫叶生菜为试验材料,采用微纳米气泡快速发生装置(HP-50),测定了产生气泡的粒径,分别以空气和氧气为气源测定了溶氧值。结果显示:微纳米气泡快速发生装置能够产生纳米级别的气泡,并快速增加水体溶氧值,以空气为气源时溶氧值可达到饱和状态,以氧气为气源时溶氧值可达到超饱和状态,并且具有优异的溶氧保持能力。将微纳米气泡快速发生装置与水培设施结合来种植紫叶生菜的试验结果表明,以氧气和空气为气源的曝气处理能够提高水培生菜的产量,并促进根系的生长。

摘  要:
In order to validate the application effects of micro-nano bubbles(MNBs) generating technology in soilless cultivation, using purple leaf lettuce as material, the MNBs rapid generating device(HP-20) was used to measure the bubble size and dissolved oxygen(DO) value with air and oxygen as the gas source respectively. The results showed that the device could generate nano-scale bubbles, and rapidly increase the value of dissolved oxygen in water. DO value could reach saturation state when the air was used as the gas source, and reach supersaturation state when the oxygen was used as gas source. Meanwhile, the MNBs water showed excellent dissolved oxygen maintain ability. The experiment results of planting purple leaf lettuce in the hydroponic cultivation facilities combined MNBs generating device revealed that aeration treatment with oxygen and air as the gas source could increase the yield of hydroponic lettuce and promote its root growth.
