摘 要：
In the light of China′s urbanization problem including blind development, lacking scientific planning and being difficult to adapt to the economic development, the author suggests that the emphasis should be laid mainly on development of medium sized cities and actively development and transformation of various small towns for construction of the gradient radiant town system, so as to bring its radiant function into full play and to speed up the village modernization.
