菏泽市夏玉米大风灾害风险评估与区划

摘  要:
[目的]研究菏泽市夏玉米大风灾害风险分布情况。[方法]利用1971—2015年菏泽市地面气象观测资料,统计菏泽市夏玉米大风灾害的发生次数、发生地点、发生频率,再将大风灾害等级进行0、1的标准化,作为大风灾害的风险系数,最后利用Arc GIS软件中的Kriging插值法进行绘图,确立菏泽市夏玉米大风气象灾害风险区划图,并针对夏玉米大风灾害提出了防御措施。[结果]成武县、单县的部分地区位于高风险区,夏玉米生育期内大风日数>4.3 d;牡丹区、定陶区、巨野县位于低风险区,夏玉米生育期内大风日数<3.1 d;其他县区位于中值区。[结论]该区划图可为制订各项抗灾减灾措施及提高夏玉米防灾减灾能力提供科技指导。

摘  要:
[Objective] To study risk distribution of gale disaster of summer maize in Heze City. [Method] Using ground meteorological observation data in Heze City during 1971- 2015,the occurrence times,site,frequency of gale disaster of summer maize were studied. The 0,1 standard of gale disaster level was used as the risk factor of gale disaster. By using the Kriging interpolation method in Arc GIS software,the risk zoning map of gale disaster of summer maize in Heze was established,and corresponding prevention measures for gale disaster were proposed. [Result] Some areas of Chengwu County,Shan County belong to high-risk area,gale days in summer maize growth period are more than 4. 3 d. Mudan District,Dingtao District,Juye County belong to low-risk area,gale days are less than 3. 1 d,other counties belong to moderate area. [Conclusion] The division map provides scientific and technical guidance to formulate the disaster mitigation measures and improve the ability of disaster prevention and reduction of summer maize.
