SaaS风险因素研究——基于SaaS采纳企业的视角

摘  要：
基于SaaS采纳企业的视角,通过文献研究可以获得43项与SaaS相关的风险因素,进而利用COBIT 5这一国际通用的IT治理及管理业务框架把43项风险因素映射到IT域内的17个管理流程,并分析风险因素与COBIT管理流程间的关联情况,可以得出SaaS采纳企业运用COBIT 5框架实现全程管理SaaS风险的一般路径,为SaaS采纳企业全面识别SaaS风险因素以及有效运用COBIT框架管理SaaS风险提供指导。

摘  要：
From the SaaS-adopting enterprises'angle,we find that there are all together 43 risk factors,which are mapped into the 17 management processes of its IT domains via COBIT5.An analysis of the relationship between these factors and COBIT management processes will show the path for a SaaS-adopting enterprise to manage its risks through COBIT5,help it to have a comprehensive perception of SaaS risks and guide it in using COBIT framework to manage the risks.
