摘 要:
研究不同浓度的化学诱变剂迭氮化合物N-甲基-N-硝基-N-亚硝基胍(N-methyl-N-nitro-N-ni-trosoguanidine,NNG)对雨生红球藻Haematococcuspluvialis797株的影响。加入不同浓度的NNG后,静细胞数占总细胞数的比例均有所下降。叶绿素a,叶绿素b,总胡萝卜素,虾青素的积累都有增多,并且当NNG浓度为10μmol/L时,虾青素含量无论是以体积计还是以单位细胞计均达到最高,分别提高72%和105.6%;NNG浓度在0~10μmol/L范围内,虾青素含量随着NNG浓度的增加逐渐增高,NNG浓度在10~100μmol/L范围时,虾青素的含量随着NNG浓度的增加逐渐降低。

摘 要:
Effect of one azide,N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (NNG),on Haematococcus pluvialis Strain 797 was researched. The static cell ratio and pigment (including chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,total chlorophyll,carotenoids and astaxanthin) of Haematococcus pluvialis increased with the addition of NNG with various concentrations. Astaxanthin contents under NNG concentration of 10 μmol/L were 72 %and 105.6 %higher than the values of the control calculated by volume and cell number,respectively.Astaxanthin contents increased with the increase of NNG concentration if the added NNG was below 10 μmol/L, but the values decreased with the increase of NNG concentration if the added NNG was over 10 μmol/L.
