摘  要:
茄科植物中有许多重要的经济与药用植物,随着茄科植物基因组测序工作的陆续完成,急需对基因组中大量功能未知基因的生物学功能进行鉴定。病毒诱导的基因沉默(VIGS)是近20 a发展起来的一种研究植物基因功能的高效反向遗传学技术,在总结VIGS作用原理、VIGS载体开发和改良研究现状的基础上,就近年来VIGS在茄科植物品质性状、生长发育、植物-病原真菌互作以及代谢产物生物合成和调控相关重要基因功能分析等方面的国内外研究进展进行了综述,并讨论了VIGS技术应用于茄科植物存在的问题和前景展望。

摘  要:
There are many important economic and medicinal plants in Solanaceae. With the success of the genome sequencing of solanaceous plants,it is urgent to identify the biological functions of a large number of unknown genes in the genome. Virus induced gene silencing( VIGS) technique is a highly efficient reverse genetics technique developed in recent 20 years to study the function of plant genes. In this paper,the advance in the functional gene mining in quality traits,growth and development,plant-fungal pathogen interactions and metabolites biosynthesis and regulation of Solanaceae species was reviewed after summarizing the principle of VIGS and the status of development and improvement of VIGS vectors. Finally,the problems and prospects of VIGS technique were discussed.
